Balar Associates, Inc., is a consulting civil engineering and construction testing firm located in Shreveport, Louisiana. The firm was established in 1957 as J. S. Boyd & Associates and subsequently reorganized in 1968 as Balar Associates, Inc. Public and private clients throughout the region have relied on Balar to successfully design, manage, and deliver projects that are innovative, sustainable, and cost effective.
